The hotel's culinary offerings exceeded my expectations, with an unforgettable dining experience that showcased culinary innovation paired with a picturesque ambiance. the array of pastries was a personal favorite, reminiscent of those I'd savor back in Madrid. As a connoisseur of Ottoman cuisine, I was left in awe by the dinner spread, especially the succulent kebaps that tantalized my taste buds - a testament to the culinary skill at the hotel.The on-site bar offered a perfect spot to unwind, where I could savor a drink while soaking in the serene atmosphere. Selçuk Bey's passion for his craft shone through, as he expertly curated our dining experience, elevating each dish with personalized recommendations.With attentive staff, a tranquil beachfront location, and gastronomic delights at every turn, Doris seamlessly blends comfort with history, making it a must-visit for discerning travelers seeking a culinary journey infused with cultural richness.
